The opening page of the app follows our blue colours of the logo and displays the icons of the four standard modules in HSEQ Free; Quick reports, inspections / audits, risk analyses and time-sheets.
HSEQ Free includes 4 standard modules and 2 additional modules that can be used in the customised versions of the app. The side menu provides easy access to the modules and follows a modern layout.
The six quick report types included in HSEQ Free are used for quick reporting of unwanted events or opportunities for improvement. In customised versions of the app, the client determines which quick reports that will be available. The client can update the field names and pre-defined values in forms on their own via our database. In the archive (symbolized by the filing cabinet at the top right corner) is all sent all unsent and quick reports stored.
INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS
In HSEQ Free there is a choice of general checklists that can be chosen from. The checkpoints are pre-defined. Customised versions of the app will include the checklists you may need and it is the customer himself who creates, edits and deletes checklist templates that should be available to users.
SAFE JOB / JOB SAFE ANALYSIS
The SJA / JSA module in HSEQ Free has a simple interface, making it easy to conduct a SJA / JSA in accordance with rules and guidelines.
SJA / JSA - SUBTASKS
Each subtask needed to carry out in order to be able to complete the main task must be risk assessed. The layout in HSEQ Free follows the recommendations given by the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate and Norwegian Oil and Gas industry (stated in Norsok).
ENTRIES IN TIMESHEETS
An entry in the timesheet module retrieves calculation values from the settings page (added by the user before HSEQ Free can be used). Standard time and overtime is calculated automatically on the basis of these values but can be overridden if needed. Pre-defined values for the type of work added and any associated additional fields appear upon registration of project / client work.
In the module for SJA / JSA is a 3x3 risk matrix built to easily calculate risk in a subtask. The matrix can be changed in the customised versions of the app.
