HSEQ Reports has some buttons/icons that are used to perform different kinds of actions. The buttons may be placed in the “action columns” or in other positions in the system. Below you can find details about the various buttons/icons that are used in the dofferent modules.

Button/icon Name Meaning
Utvid This is used on Quick Reports to see which Actions that have been added and to see status of them all. The same button is used in SJA for easy accessing the subtasks that are added to the main reports.
Preview This is used to preview a report. Depending on how your system is made, the preview will either be in html-format or as a printable pdf.
Edit/Process This is used when a report should be edited or processed.
Print This is used to print a report as a pdf with your logo on it.
Send This is used to send a report as pdf by email to external receivers.
Put into the Action Box This is used to pick several different reports from different modules and then afterwards be able to either print or send the reports by email. Please notice that the reports picked are “thrown” into the Action Box that you will find next to the icon for the User Guidance at the top of the page.
Delete This is used to delete reports, checklists, documents etc. Only the system’s Admin can delete elements.
History This is used to look at previous versions of a report/document. Via this button you can keep track on revisions and see when someone last did something about it. You may also choose to replace the existing, published version with an old one.
Favourite This is used to mark a report/document as a favourite that you want to have easy access to at a later stage, e.g. for lessons learned etc.
Image(s) attached This is used for easy accessing/previewing any images that have been included in a report. Click the button to open the images in a separate window, making it able to browse only the images without needing to open the report itself. The number that will appear next to it will indicate how many images that are attached.
Vedlegg This is used to easy access any attachments to a report, e.g. an added external pdf-report etc.
Print several This is used to print several reports/document at the same time. Start by selecting the reports/documents (check the box in from of the action buttons) and then click the button to print those selected.
Send several This is used to send several reports/document at the same time. Start by selecting the reports/documents (check the box in from of the action buttons) and then click the button to send those selected. 
Delete several This is used to delete several reports/document at the same time. Start by selecting the reports/documents (check the box in from of the action buttons) and then click the button to delete those selected. Only the system’s Admin can delete reports. 
Add several to the Action Box This is used to add several reports/document into the Action Box at the same time. Start by selecting the reports/documents (check the box in from of the action buttons) and then click the button to add those selected. 
Action Box This is used to print or send the reports/documents that have been added to the Action Box, either it is reports from only one single module or from several. The number next to it indicates how many reports/documents that have been added to the box.
