Check in and out of construction sites

When you have added the permanent, necessary information in the app you can start checking in and out of construction sites. All in- and out checks created with the app will be submitted to the processing system and form the basis for the crew lists required.
- Press the menu icon in the top left corner (three lines underneath each other)
- Choose “Check-in and check-out”
- An explanation box will appear and tell you what to do to check in to construction sites. Press OK to close or Do not show again, to close and state that you do not want to see the explanation box again
- If you have not checked in to any construction site earlier, you need to create this
- Press +
- An explanation box will appear and tell you what to do to check in to construction sites. Press OK to close or Do not show again, to close and state that you do not want to see the explanation box again
- Some fields are pre-defined with information from the app settings, but you can overwrite this as needed
- Choose the correct address for the construction site (project) in the pull-down menu for this
- Choose the correct name of the builder in the pull-down menu for this
- Note: it is the administrator in your company who enters the construction site addresses and associated builders. If there is missing information the administrator must be contacted to correct this.
- Press Check-in to check in – Check-out to check out (Note: you must be online to register check-in and check-out. The check-in or check-out is automatically sent to the crew list in your case management system
- Press back to return to the main screen for Check-in and Check-out
- The overview screen will show that you are either checked in or checked out from relevant construction sites
- If you previously have created a construction site / project you can choose this from the overview list
- Press Check-in or Check-out, depending on what you are going to do. Note: It is not possible to check in to a new construction site before you have checked out of the last site you checked in
