Conduct a General Risk Assessments for Opportunities and Treats

  • The first screen you will see is “Status Quo”. This shows status for the company on essential parts of the HSE- and QA reporting.
    • This depends on your user rights in the system. If you have “less” rights, you will only see a button for registering a new report or only the table overview of all reports
  • On the left side of the screen you will see the main menu – click on “General Risk Assessment” (from now called GRA)
  • Click on the Add Report to start making the new GRA or search/find an existing one to edit using the same procedure as in the rest of the system
  • Fill in all needed fields in the main part of the GRA
    • Fields marked with the red star are mandatory
  • Add all the Opportunities and Treats that are relevant and perform an evaluation of them all tasks to those who should perform these – describe the task as needed
    • Tap the “Add” button on the section
    • Fill in the needed details
    • Use the “?” to open the matrix for Opportunity or Treats
    • Save the sub-report and add as many new ones as needed
    • Follow the above steps until finished
