Fill out a checklist

  • When you have logged in you can create checklists the same way as you can in the app
  • The first screen you will see is a “Status Quo”. This shows status for the company for essential parts of HSE- and QA reporting.
    • This depends on your user rights in the system. If you have “less” rights, you will only see a button for registering a new report or only the table overview with all reports
  • On the left side of the screen you will see the main menu – click on “Inspections and Audits” to open up two choices
  • The main screen for all checklists registered is shown – this is where you can search and find completed checklists.
    • To search for completed checklists you use the same method as for searching for quick reports (described above)
  • Click on “Add report” (button to the right in the table overview of all existing reports).
  • Choose relevant checklist category
  • Click on relevant checklist template that you want to use
    • You can also search for specific checklist templates directly in the empty field above the category descriptions to find the relevant templates directly
  • If the checklist has an associated procedure you will be able to press a red (i) button to open it
    • You will find the same symbol in some checkpoints as an explanation for what is important in this checkpoint
  • Click on the different fields in the top section to enter information
    • You will find date fields, fields with pre-defined choices and free text fields in the reports
    • Fields marked with a red star MUST be completed
  • Click on the thumb-symbols to choose status for the check point. Press x-number of times until you get the symbol you want
    • By clicking on -> next to the thumb-symbol you will enter the depth area of the check point. Here you can add in-depth information and a picture
  • Complete the field for conclusion
  • Add appendices if needed
  • If the checklist is complete and can be closed, tick off for that. Then the checklist will get status complete. If not, choose no. It will then have status “In progress”.
  • Save when you are finished
