Create and complete a Safe Job Analysis

  • When you have logged in you can create checklists the same way as in the app.
  • The first screen you will see is a “Status Quo”. This shows status for the company on essential parts of HSE- and QA reporting.
    • This depends on your user rights in the system. If you have “less” rights, you will only see a button for registering a new report or only the table overview of all reports
  • On the left side of the screen you will see the main menu – click on “Safe job analysis”
  • The main screen for all SJA registered is shown – here you can search and find completed checklists.
    • To search for completed SJA use same method as searching for quick reports (described above)
  • Click on “Add report” (button to the right in the table overview of all existing reports).
  • Click in the different fields in the initial section to enter information
    • You will find date fields, field with pre-defined choices and free text fields in the reports
    • Describe the main task to be done, it is this that you further down in the form must split into sub-tasks for risk evaluation
  • Use the mouse to move the screen to get to the different fields
  • Press “New sub task” to create a new sub-task. You can create as many sub-tasks as needed to describe the step-by-step list for what needs to be done to complete the main tasks.
    • Complete the relevant information about the sub-task
    • Evaluate the risk as you see it
      • Click on the question mark next to the risk colors to get the risk matrix
      • Click directly on the correct field to choose the right risk color
      • If the risk is green no specific action is needed
      • If the risk is yellow or red, it must be defined what must be done to reduce the risk
      • If relevant actions can be done and marked as executed there and then, you must then assess the residual risk
      • Press Save to save the sub-task and choose if you want to create a new sub-task or move on to closure of the SJA
    • Enter if the total risk is acceptable
    • Complete the field for conclusion
    • Attach attachments as needed
    • If the SJA is complete and can be closed, tick it off. Then the SJA will have status completed. If not, choose no. It will then have status “In progress”.
    • Save when you are done
