Search in Quick-Reports and making graphs

Search

  • When you have logged on you can search among quick reports and get statistics
  • The first screen you will see is a “Status Quo”. This shows the status for the company on essential parts of the HSE- and QA reporting
    • This will depend on your rights in the system. If you have “less” rights, you will only see a button to register a new report or only a table with all the reports
  • On the left side of the screen you will see the main menu – press “Quick reports”
  • Click on «Table» to find the list of all submitted reports
    • The procedure is the same for all modules
    • The procedure should also be used when you want to filter/search when creating various graphs in the graph-module
  • Click the «arrow» pointing up (to the right of the text «Search area») in order to open the search fields
  • In the fields appearing you may search for free text, dates and pre-defined values
    • Note: the field «Status» only displays «Open» and «In progress» as default. If you need to search/filter closed reports as well, you need to select this from the checkbox in the field
  • You may choose to select search values from only one or several of the fields if you need to combine
    • g. if you want to look at only Accidents in the previous 6 months and at a specific location. Then you select as needed in the different fields for this before searching
  • Click on «Search» to get your result – «Reset» empties all search filters
  • The result appears in the table
    • If you click on «Export», the filtered result will be exported to Excel
  • Make graphs

    • Click on «Graph» to find the list of all submitted reports
      • The procedure is the same for all modules
    • You may use the described search function to filter what you want to display as graphs
    • If you want to look at graphs of the totals (everything submitted to the system), it is easy to switch between the different pre-defined graphs
      • The system displays a bar and pie graph
        • The bar graph displays the number of reports
        • The pie displays percentage
      • If you click on the menu symbol in the right corner of the graph you can choose to save or print the graph
    • You may also look at trends (development over time) and registered quality costs in addition to the number of reports submitted
      • Trend:
        • Click the menu for this
        • Decide what to display
          • g. type of incidents, location or risk evaluation
        • Select if you want to see graphs on all reports or just parts of the specific trend line
          • If you need to, you may add more filters here as well
        • Select the time range you want to displau in order to compare data
        • Click on Search to get your result
      • Costs
        • Click the menu for this and follow the same procedure as when you want to look at number of reports etc.
