- On the left side of the screen you will see the main menu – press “Quick reports”
- Click on «Table» to find the list of all submitted reports
- The procedure is the same for all modules
- The procedure should also be used when you want to filter/search when creating various graphs in the graph-module
- Click the «arrow» pointing up (to the right of the text «Search area») in order to open the search fields
- In the fields appearing you may search for free text, dates and pre-defined values
- Note: the field «Status» only displays «Open» and «In progress» as default. If you need to search/filter closed reports as well, you need to select this from the checkbox in the field
- You may choose to select search values from only one or several of the fields if you need to combine
- g. if you want to look at only Accidents in the previous 6 months and at a specific location. Then you select as needed in the different fields for this before searching
- Click on «Search» to get your result – «Reset» empties all search filters
- The result appears in the table
