Use the electronic crew list
UpdatedMay 22, 2023
- After log in you can find detailed information about all employees who have checked in or out from construction sites
- The first picture you will see is “Status Quo”. This shows status for the company on essential parts of HSE- and QA reporting
- This depends on your user rights in the system. If you have “less” rights you will only see a button for registering a new report or only the table overview of all reports
- On the left side of the screen you will see the main menu – click on “Crew list”.
- The main screen for all check-ins and check-outs registered is shown – it is here you can search and find check-ins and check-outs on the different projects.
- To search for a completed employee, project, dates etc. use the same method as searching for quick reports (described above)
- In the table you will easily see who is checked in (green symbol) and who is checked out (red symbol)
- By clicking on the tab “Details” you will see more in-depth information about all check-ins and check-outs
- Use the action buttons to act on each check-in and check-out as needed
- Click on “Print” to the left on the screen in the table to print an overview over check-ins and check-outs on the chosen project
- The printout will contain what is shown in the table
- If you only want a printout of those checked in to a specific project you first need to search for it (see description above) before clicking on the print button
- Export to Excel works the same way as with print
