Using the Planner for making HSEQ Plans

- The first screen you will see is “Status Quo”. This shows status for the company on essential parts of the HSE- and QA reporting.
- This depends on your user rights in the system. If you have “less” rights, you will only see a button for registering a new report or only the table overview of all reports
- On the left side of the screen you will see the main menu – click on “Planner”,
- Click on the Add Report to start making the new HSEQ Plan or search/find an existing one to edit using the same procedure as in the rest of the system
- Only persons with certain roles can add Plans. It is also only these persons plus the Admin who can edit and close Plans. However, persons defines as Responsible for Action can of course edit/update their own tasks for ful fill the requirements they have been given,
- Fill in all needed fields and define the status of the document (publish or not)
- Fields marked with the red star are mandatory
- “Public” means that everyone with certain rights can see the HSEQ Plan in the table when logged in
- “Private” means that only the person who created the HSEQ Plan can see it
- Assign tasks to those who should perform these – describe the task as needed
- Select who should be responsible for it
- Save the tasks
- A notification is sent to the person responsible so that he/she can log in and document what has been done when this has been performed by editing the correct task(s)
- Save the entire HSEQ Plan when done
